75 hours Broker Course

This Real Estate Broker pre license requirements is 75 hours of education.

This consists of Broker Topics and Applied Real Estate Principles Interactive course.

The Broker topics is a 60 hour course that can be taken in a live class setting or webinar format.

The 15 hours Interactive course can be taken in same settings or an online live setting.

License Requirements:

At Least 18 years old.

High School diploma or GED equivalent

Get a sponsoring managing broker or firm

Successfully complete 75 hours of Pre License Education

Pass the State Exam

Complete the post-license education before your first renewal

75 Hour Course: Self Study or Live Classroom Instruction available.

Content: License law, real property, agency, financing, marketing & advertising, contracts, buyer and seller relationships & counseling, state & federal laws and real estate transactions.

15 Hours Interactive Course: Interactive Class and Role Play of Real Estate scenarios and principles and "what if "situations.

75 Hours Broker Course.
